Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund in case of hardwares brought from Kodacy, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Incase of E-Learning Platforms, If a customer receives the secret links and access keys to access the platform, the refund will not be provided but incase if a customer do the payments multiple times with the same input fields, they will receive the refund. For refund related doubts contacts us via support@spaceplatforms.in

Also for the information, sometimes the confirmation mail will take maximum if 24 to 48 hours. Please kindly make sure to refresh your registered mail inbox and search "support@kodacy.com" in the mail search bar. Also look in the spam folder too.
